■ 서울대 공대를 졸업하고, 육군 공병 통역장교 생활을 거쳐 지난 1972년 대한항공에 입사했다. 프랑스 및 사우디아라비아 주재근무, 비서실장, 선전실장, 마케팅 담당이사, 전무이사, 객실기내식 본부장 등을 역임했다. 현재 이마산업 사장 및 경희대 객원교수로 재직 중이다.

양사(또는 양국) 간의 쌍무협정을 추진함에 있어서 그 내용이 공표되기 이전까지는 비밀유지가 무엇보다도 중요하다고 믿습니다. 저희는 본건과 관련하여 비밀유지약정서에 서명할 준비가 되어 있음을 알려드립니다.

3.We understand that you are planning to send us all supporting data relating to your medical treatment by August 21.

당신의 진료기록에 관한 보완자료를 8월21일까지 저희에게 보내주실 것으로 알고 있습니다.

4.Our new contract, if consummated, would require an immediate and substantial expansion of our existing production line. In consideration of the big investment involved, it is essential that we at least receive a properly executed letter of intent from your company before we take any concrete action.

우리의 새로운 계약이 성사된다면 당사의 기존 생산시설을 즉각 대폭 확장해야 할 것입니다. 이에 소요되는 막대한 투자를 감안할 때 저희가 구체적인 조치를 취하기 전에 최소한 귀사로부터 적절히 서명된 (계약)의향서를 받아야만 하겠습니다.
