Contemplation has been the title of my works for a long time. It symbolizes the gaze of spirit searching for essence, and the manifestation of my desire to grasp the core beyond the finite realm of concrete objects.

It is the internal gaze, not the superficial gaze focused on an object's appearance. The object perceived through the internal gaze gets liberated from imprisonment and becomes an animated being.

In this process, the object is indeed transformed into aconscious being full of vitality. The internal gaze comes from the inside of me an every one of us.
